I have tried everything mentioned in the above windows. Only thing I haven't done is mess with the ip pool numbers because I don't know how or where to find them. . My modem is Spectrum . My orbi isn't blinking Pink when I reset it or anything. I am getting from my Orbi router 580mbps but my 4k max firestick which is 10ft away is only getting 38mbps. Seems very slow. Firmware version is up to date.

Be sure to turn OFF the RBS when testing the Firestick.
You can change IP address pool range under Advanced tab/Setup/Lan Setup on the RBRs web page.
Have you set 40Mhz Co-existence as well on the RBR? Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings

Ok. I believe that's a Hitron brand mode. Not the greatest.
I'd have the ISP check the signal and everything up to the modem. Might ask the ISP for an upgrade to something different or ask if you can install you own.
