Be sure to turn OFF the RBS when testing the Firestick.
You can change IP address pool range under Advanced tab/Setup/Lan Setup on the RBRs web page.
Have you set 40Mhz Co-existence as well on the RBR? Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings

Ok. I believe that's a Hitron brand mode. Not the greatest.
I'd have the ISP check the signal and everything up to the modem. Might ask the ISP for an upgrade to something different or ask if you can install you own.
- GhosthunterlifeJan 06, 2023AspirantIt was a Hitron brand. I got a new modem from the ISP because they said the ethernet port was not working since I wasn’t getting my 580mbps when directly connected. I have a technician coming out Sunday. Is that stable connection for the Orbi rbr20? It says rbk50 or something like that .

Good to know that the ethernet port on the modem seem to be the cause. Have the tech check EVERYTHING up to the modem.
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and RBR. CAT6 is recommended.
