Netgear Orbi RBR50 not visible to Fujitsu ScanSnap ix1600
Hi, I have a very strange and peculiar issue. I have a Netgear Orbi RBR50 router with three satellites. The WiFI SSID is visible and 40-50 devices around my house are able to connect to this...

Maybe I have a solution, or at least it worked for me
I had the same problem as all of you, my is ORBI RBR50 with a satellite Firmware V2.7.4.24 and Scasnap iX1600 with the latest firmware version available I don't know the version.
Here is the my solution.
In Advanced Setup -> Wireless Setting -> Advanced Wireless Settings (2.4GHz b/g/n)
I unchecked (disabled) , "Enable WMM (Wi-Fi multimedia) settings"
"Enable 20/40 MHz Coexistence" was already unchecked (disabled) from the start.
I haven't touched the other settings:
CTS/RTS Threshold 2347
Preamble Mode "Short Preamble"
Transmit Power Control "100%"It worked for me, in the sense that as soon as I unchecked (disabled) "Enable WMM (Wi-Fi multimedia) settings" the scansnap finally connected to the router.

First forget the Orbi network in the scanner and set it up from scratch again. Sometimes devices remember and expect specific wifi config settings beyond just the SSID and password, then unable to reconnect.
If that doesn't work then to help connect your scanner, try setting your CTS/RTS Threshold to 2347 to maximize compatibility with older wireless devices:
- Go to the web admin portal at http://orbilogin.com/
- Click to the Advanced tab, Advanced left menu, Wireless Settings
- Set CTS/RTS Threshold to 2347 for both 2.4hz and 5Ghz networks
- Press Apply
See if that helps. If problems still persist, next try disabling AX mode for the 2.4Ghz band:
- Go to http://orbilogin.com/
- Click to the Advanced tab, Setup left menu, Wireless Setup
- Uncheck "Enable 2.4G" under the top Enable AX section
- Press Apply

Thanks Mikey.
The CTS/RTS threshold is already set to 2347 for both 2.4hz and 5Ghz networks.
I am not able to find the 'Enable AX' section under Advanced tab > Wireless Setup! Instead I have the following:
Enable SSID Broadcast
Enable 20/40 MHz Coexistence
Enable WMM (Wi-Fi multimedia) settings
Any idea why I am not seeing the option you mentioned?

Mervin

Sorry, my bad. The AX option is not a feature your RBR50 has, only RBR750 and RBR850, so please disregard. So setting CTS/RTS is all my suggestion was to try and you've done that.
