Already been down that route. Netgear was actually pretty proactive initially, they sent me a replacement router and satellite. When I got the replacement units, did a fresh factory reset and then firmware update to the latest version. Problems have continued, since then, downgraded the firmware to V2.3.5.30 and multiple other troubleshooting steps, but no luck. Supposedly the case was been escalated to Level 2 support last week but I have yet to hear from them. Can only reach Level 1 support and they keep putting me off.
