No parental controls tile in Orbi app???
Want to set up Smart Parental Controls on my Orbi system. All of the online documentation says that there should be a Parental Controls tile in the Orbi app. Mine doesn't have it. Also not in the rou...
Yeah, I talked to a tech in December, who said they were replacing Circle with their own product, and it would appear in the app within a few weeks. Based on that, I kept the routers. But obviously they lied.

You and me both. I came from an Asus solution that had parental controls as part of the basic software at no charge. I kick myself for buying anything Netgear again.
Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Smart Parental Controls product. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Smart Parental Controls and Circle and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this router forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:
