The reset and setup from scratch on the RBR will probably fix the issues your seeing. Try then when your ready.

Mobile app does not allow a firmware downgrade as far as I can tell.
Is there a way to telnet into the router and downgrade the firmware?

You need to roll back the firmware to v2.3.5.34 to be the latest stable version. Download the image for both your satellite and the router and install it on them using the manual firmware install procedure.

I'm having the same type of issue since this update, no changes in placement of my main orbi unit and 2 satellite units. On wirelss video conferencing and wifi calling are absolutely horrible. I've tried rebooting my routers resyncing the satellite and not improvement. Anything that is wired works perfect was my whole home is streaming apple TV HD and 4K streams without an issue. Please help any ideas on how to resolve as the wirelss issues are impacting my ability to work from home.
