Please try the factory reset and set up from scratch for this version of FW. This is needed for this version. Once official next version is released, and all subquent verions shouldn't need a factory reset. Let us know how it goes after the reset.

The problem is the satellite not the router. I had similar trouble on firmware 2.1.2.18 and installed 2.1.3.4 and it is still the same issue.
However I did not do the factory reset before installing firmware 2.1.3.4
