Orbi RSR50 wifi vs guest wifi
I have ATT internet but am using an Orbi RBR50 for my router with 2 satellites. Firmware on the base station/router and satellites is v2.7.2.104 and have the Orbi wifi as well as the Orbi guest wifi...
That is a creative way to use Guest WiFi. i.e. not actually for "Guests".
There have been posts now and then describing issues with Orbi Guest WiFi. Can you provide more information about the specific issues he has? (how often? do they "go away"? How does he resolve them? Only the one laptop? The desktop is also connected via WiFi?)
It almost seems to be happening to him weekly even though I have not had any issues. Apparently today only his work laptop disconnected and rather than wait for it to reconnect he raised cane. He says both his desktop and laptop, both on the guest wifi have had connection issues, but I have not had any issues connecting to the guest wifi, though there may be some momentary disconnects, it connect back up.
