Orbi WiFi system

When signing into my orbi app it said password is Default but when I enter it keeps saying its incorrect

What is the Orbi Android app version installed on your phone? 

Have you tried to uninstall and re-install the app? If not, please do so. 

Can you login via browser?

What is the firmware version installed?
