Philips Hue issue
Hi All,
Can somebody shed some light on why I can’t get Philips Hue to find a new device (light) please.
My setup is as follows:
1 x TalkTalk router
1 x RBR50 router and satellit...

It's not clear to me exactly what you're doing, but I find it common for my Hue sytems to be unable to find lights. That's also the case without Orbi. What helps is to enter the light's serial number on the search screen before searching for the new light.

Hi guys,
Thanks for your help on the matter it seems the Hue bridge was too far away from the device. Moved it closer and voila - all works well.
Cheers

Glad you got it working. Mark your thread resolved so others will now.
