Playstation 4 not blocked
Long time reader, first time poster. Thank you in advance. Trying to pause internet connection to son's PS4. I see the device in the Orbi device list, MAC address matches what I see on the device...

Yes, that is correct. All other devices seem to be blockable.
Do you have a IP address Reservation set up for this device ON the router?
I do not. Something to try. Under Advanced Tab/Setup/LAN Setup.
Looks like there is an IP address reserved for the PS4 listed in this table.
Is access controls enabled on the RBR?
Where would I check this? I am able to block other devices.
Under Advanced Tab/Advanced/Security/Access Controls or Advanced Tab/Security/Access Controls I believe.
Checked this. Access controls are enabled.
Can you try turning it off in the web interface just to eliminate a possible app issue.
