Changed from ATT Uverse to Xfinity and can't get ORBI RBR20 to connect to the network. Have tried just using reset but device has 'issues connecting'. Shouldn't have to do a new setup, I don't think,...

Using the Orbi web interface to manage the router or the Orbi 'app'?
Generally speaking, it is good practice to turn off both the ISP device and the Orbi router.
Power on the ISP device and let it come up (which may take 2-3 minutes). Eventually the "Network" LED will come on (or something similar)
Power on the Orbi router.
Open a web browser on a device connected to the Orbi system (wired or WiFi. We 'old timers' prefer wired hands down, but many users no longer have devices with ethernet ports) and connect to the Orbi web interface.
Go into the Internet Menu.

I use option #3 myself. I have a custom router (pfSense) and only want my Orbi's to function as APs. No problems. I will say that early on, 20 months or so ago, I had some performance issues with my RBR and RBS20s, but subsequent tweaking and updates seem to have put those issues to rest. It’s performed solid for several months now.
