RBR20 Internet drops after firware update

Update on the network drop issue. Tried factory reset - still saw network disconnection. Basically the router was dropping it’s IP address very frequently. As a last resort tried to use a different power adaptor. This time the IP address stuck, no network disconnection was noticed. Connected through wireless to the ORBI and went through the setup with no issues. During setup the firmware also got updated to the latest. The setup has been up and running for few hours now. So looks like the different power adaptor did the trick. Hope this helps someone too
I have the exact same setup and am having the exact same problem. I did not see this before creating my own post. Did you just use the power cord from a satellite?
Correction, mine is RBR50 but same modem, same symptoms. I am currently having isp confirm there are no configuration/compatibility issues but will then try a different power adapter.
Tried replaving the router power supply with one from the satellite, same internet drops. There is no telling if both of them are still good, but that does not seem to fix my issue.
