RBR50 Keeps disconnectiog

Have you tried the RBR50 in AP mode instead of router mode? Your SB8200 modem will hand out ip adresses instead of the Orbi.
If it must remain in router mode, try entering the IP / mask / gateway / dns manualy.
Perhaps you could swap the power supplies between the RBS50 and RBR50?
Another suggestion is to check/swap the ethernet cable between the SB8200 and the wan port of the RBR50.
The modem won't hand out IP addresses since the modem is a modem only. No build in router.
