- [The customer's home network and ISP vary, so better not to assume the home network is on 192.168.1.1. There are also many customer-specific reasons why the home network IP addresses range might have changed (e.g., ISP gateway upgrade, Orbi reinstall, other home network insertion). Use routerlogin.net instead
- Don't use HTTPS because your Orbi router doesn't have a signed SSL certificate and the customer's browser, which varies, will probably complain in different ways. Use HTTP instead.
Therefore - Try this instead to reach your Orbi website: http://routerlogin.net . Does it work and ask for your Orbi username/password?
