rebate for multiple purchases

I purchased 3 Netgear routers and completed the rebate form for a $10 rebate on EACH router purchased.  I completed just the one form because the instructions on the form were to submit only one rebate form when submitting claims for multiple products.  So I included all 3 serial numbers on the ONE form and sent in the 3 UPC labels from the boxe.  The rebate came in the mail today and it only had $10 instead of $30 on the prepaid debit card.  Why didn't I receive a $10 rebate for EACH of the 3 routers I purchased as was indicated in the promotion?

Why don't you have a phone number for customer support on your website?  I too just spent close to half an hour trying to navigate your website and find some way of contacting you for answers.
