Refurbished Orbi cannot register

I purchased a refurb Orbi RBR50 from Woot/Amazon and am supposed to have 90 days of free support, etc.  I can't get it registered because it's already registered by the previous owner.  I can't log into the admin site to make changes to the system for the same reason.  I need help!

    Not sure that refurbished stuff qulidiwes for free support, but to get it into MyNetgear you probably need the help of one of the Netgear moderators. Maybe DarrenM or DexterJB?
