Regretting Orbi install - please help RBK50

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too? - I have got SKY ( UK broadband provider), it's a Sky Q router.

Is the Orbi system operating in Router or AP mode? - I never got an option to choose one, i used the Orbi app on my iphone to install it - i believe it's now the default router. Should that be changed and is it possible to change that please?

What is the size of your home? Sq Ft? 800 sq ft

What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected. - This is a good point right now that's more like 15ft, i have kept the satellite around the centre of our home, i can move it to the edge and see if that helps.

Regarding the other suggestions - i actually tried that by logging in to http://orbilogin.com and http://orbilogin.net I was able to log into both sites once make some of these changes and apply and after that it no longer opens. I keep getting that error page saying page is not available - i have tried clearning cookies etc. deleting history and using another browser but no luck - it almost feels like NG doesn't want me to use and make such changes and rely only the Orbi App which has no ability to change any configurations. If there is away to solve this to reach the admin page that would be much appreciated.
