Remote Access, Orbi RBK50
Using the Netgear Genie, I attempted to set up Remote Access for the first time on my Orbi RBK50 devices. I entered Netgear login, following which I was asked to verify my Email address. I'm still waiting for the email, and I have clicked the wide "Resend Email Confirmation" button, and still nothing. I supplied the same email address as I use everywhere else, including logging into Netgear, but all I see is a spinning object along side a message stating "Waiting for confirmation". I have also checked spam folders but to no avail. Am I the only one with access to Remote Access denied, or is it widespread?

What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the router is connected too? Any built in router here by chance?
Try setting up remote access with a PC connected to the router and using the routers web page feature?

My modem is a Billion 7800VDOX. This is not an ISP supplied modem.
As the only path to setting up Remote Access that I am aware of is the Netgear Genie app on my iPad. How do I set up RA using a PC connected to the router using its web page?
