Remote Management via Orbi App
Hello All, I am new to this community and have recently bought an Orbi RBK43. I searched the threads for related issues but couldn't find anything.

I spent so much time with support for this very issue and the way I resolved it was to :
1. open the app while on wifi
2. Go into settings from the mobile app and DISABLE remote management
3. Toggle remote management back on
4. disconnect your phone from wifi and try to see it again, should show up

many thanks futureAlec for this! it worked just as you described. I am dis-heartened that I spent over 1 hour and 30 minutes with Netgear support and all they did was to blame everything under the sun. This community definitely shines in my view!

I'm glad it worked for you too! I spent forever on the phone and they did the same thing, I eventually figured out the solution on my own and got back in touch with them specifically to tell them the solution so others could know as well... Apparently that didn't do any good.
