Remove Orbi RBR850 from app net gear account

I sold my home and modem and RBR850 with two satellites. How do I remove the Orbi system from my account so new owner can use Orbi app to set up the system Factory reset modem and router Plea...

Once I remove it then it will not show up in my Orbi app correct?

I plan to add a new Orbi system at my new place so I am a fan as well.

    After you Factory Reset the router, the app will no longer be able to reach it.  Delete and reinstall the app when you get a new router.
