Repair

Does NETGEAR repair any out-of-warranty products? I have an Orbi AC3000 (RPR 50),
purchased on Nov. 13, 2017 which has stopped working. I bought a SquareTrade warranty. They now want me to send it to the company (NETGEAR) or any repair company and submit the bill to them.
Any ideas?
