Replacing Airport Extreme

Warning: NOVICE questions.

I want to replace my Airport Extreme (connected to ATT fiber modem) as we have added a pool in the backyard and the WIFI doesn't quite reach. House is 2 story with basement, 3600sft total and wood, no brick. Looking for suggestions with the following in mind:

1. Ease of set-up. I'm no computer expert and have little patience.

2. My son has an a PS4, Xbox and tower for gaming on the second floor. The modem is in the basement, wired to the Airport on the first floor. Everything runs off the Airport.

3. 4 streaming TV's (Fire Sticks), 3 laptops, 3 phones, Ring, Nest, etc.

4. Needs to feed the backyard for music streaming.

5. Maintain fiber speeds.

    1. Ease of set-up. I'm no computer expert and have little patience. Orbi can be easy or hard to setup. It has a mobile app that you can use to walk thru the setup process or use a wired PC connected to the routers web page and walk thru the setup wizard there.

Depending how far in the back yard you need, the signal from the Orbi system can stretch about 20-30 feet. NG has a outdoor RBS50Y unit that you can place outside.

    5. Maintain fiber speeds. Orbi supports up to near 900Mbps on the down.

30 feet is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected. https://kb.netgear.com/000036466/How-far-should-I-place-my-Orbi-satellite-from-my-Orbi-router
