reset time

i'm trying to reset my router, how long do i have to hold the reset button in for to get the orange light..

Press the reset button for only 15 seconds then release is recommended for a reset.

Actually the textbook instructions are, which sometimes doesn't work:

Using a paper clip or similar object, press and hold the Reset button until the Power LED on your Orbi device blinks amber.
