Reset won't complete
Can't access my router to update firmware. When my login fails I go to password reset page, enter new password, confirm new password, reset security questions and answers. But when I try to click on "next", the button is grayed out and nothing happens. What am I doing wrong?

If you didn't setup the security questions, it still asks them but there isn't a correct response.
You can try factory resetting the router to get back to the defaults.
Push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while powered on.
Then follow the install guide.
Once installed, I'd recommend writing down the password somewhere safe.
