Resetting my ORBI50
I’m trying to reset my ORBI50 after moving to another room. I have got to the part where the light on the router is supposed to turn white but it’s stuck on purple. Any help would be appreciated

More explanation would be useful. Moving to another room is a bit vague. Does this room have a different Internet Service Provider (ISP)? Do you want to configure the router differently?
This might be a good time to confirm exactly which Orbi system this is. (from the product label on the bottom of the router)
A purple ring means there is no internet connection. (The official color is magenta, as if any of us know what the heck that is.)
