Resetting RBR 20
I have the 3 routers RBR 20 system and want to reset them. They were originally installed by someone who we cant contact. When I sign in I don’t know his security questions answers so can’t make necessary adjustments. I have run into this issue before with Orbies , different model and had to show original proof of purchase so I could work with them. This man has passed away and I have no registration info or proof of purchase. I am afraid if I do a reset they will brick because I do not have this info to set them back up the ownership. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Ownership matters for 1 year (warranty) and 90 days ("complimentary support").
Doing a factory reset allows you to set the system up the way you want it.
