Residential building coverage
Hi,
I am reaching out to inquire about a networking solution for my business. I operate a residential building with 30 apartments, and I am looking to provide reliable and high-performance Wi-Fi connectivity to all the tenants without drilling holes so only wirelessly. The building has 3 floors and thick walls, which pose challenges for traditional Wi-Fi coverage. I am seeking a product that can effectively penetrate these walls and offer seamless coverage throughout the building.I would like to know if your business mesh system are capable of doing so. I saw that some even have 21 000 square feet coverage. Could you please recommend a Netgear product that fits my needs and provide information on where I can purchase it? Your assistance in finding the right solution for my business would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you, Max

This place is essentially a user to user group to help fix technical issues. It isn't designed to deal with pre-sales advice.
You have landed in a section that specifically refers to Home Networking. If you want to talk to people who may run similar systems, you could try this section:
Business Wireless - NETGEAR Communities
If you want to check out Netgear's range of possible kit, try the relevant product pages.
NETGEAR: Advanced WiFi & Networking

michaelkenward is correct. You'd be better off to check into the business equipment.
But with that said, you should check into the cost of adding ethernet to each floor if you want reliability.
Those "thick walls/floors" are going to create issues because wireless broadcast power is set by the fcc and has been maxed out for years. There isn't a "special" business class that's going to penetrate better than others.
Hiring someone to run a few runs of ethernet will pay off in stability and performance for your tenets.
