RFK53 internet offline

This is not enough information to make an intelligent response. Some suggestions:

RFK53 is not a Netgear Orbi model number.
There is an RBK53 (not RFK) "package" that consistes of one RBR50 router and two RBS50 satellites.
Where does this message appear?
On a device connected to the Orbi WiFi?
On the Orbi web interface?
On the Orbi "app"?
What exactly is the Orbi connected to?
(Brand & model of internet device - modem, fiber ONT?)
Has everything been working correctly and this error suddenly appeared, or
Is this the initial setup of the product?
