Thanks for the information about the ISP modem. It is clearly a modem/router/WiFi combination. Although thousands of customers connect their own WiFi routers to ISP routers, this creates a "Double NAT" condition which can lead to problems. Should this cause problems, there are two obvious solutions:
- Put the ISP device into "modem only" mode (sometimes called "bridge" or "passthrough" mode.
I did not see anything in the User Manual indicating how to do this, but it might be in the Advanced menu on page 26.

The more relevant question is this, "Is the Vizio TV the only device that is not connecting?" If this is the case, then the Double-NAT is not the problem. (It may be a problem in the future, but is most likely not what is causing this issue.)
Where in the connection process does the Vizio fail?
Is the Vizio capable of using "WPS" to connect to WiFi?
