I have the Ring Video Doorbell and had a similar issue. I learned somewhere that Ring doesnt work on 2.4Ghz Ch11, so change that channel from Auto (or if on Ch11) to something lower than 11. Thats what I did and started working again.

The Ring Pro is a 5 GHz device, so changing the 2.4 channel won't have any effect. I'm also not sure that the Skybell thread will help as I don't know that it is possible to set a static IP on the Ring when you set it up. That should only be needed if there is some issue with the DHCP server in the Orbi...
- Thekop84Nov 06, 2018GuideThanks guys. I looked at the Skybell thread but it didnt help me. What i find confusing is the chime pro connects fine to the network and my ring doorbell doesnt. When trying to connect the ring to the chime (not even 4 metres away) it says it cant connect. I am due for a new door bell next week so hopefully that will solve the trick!
