RIP Orbi
So my RBR50 died overnight. It was fine before we went to bed but awoke to no internet. Inspected the router but only the green led in the back was on. IDK what happened but it's a little sus that it...
Did you try factory resetting it?
Pushing and holding reset for 7-15 seconds while powered on? the power led should change when held long enough.
I tried everything bro. It's not working anymore. Apparently a lot of people are having the same issue, Orbis just dying out of nowhere. Three years isn't even that long. It still looks fresh out of the box that's how well taken care of it is. So yeah idk wth happened. I'll probably end up grabbing a used one from ebay or something. Like i said the satellite still works so might as well put it to use again.
did you try tftp or nmrpflash? (try an older firmware version)
You can try recoving it with tftp or nmrpflash.

and if that doesn't work, you can try using nmrpflash
https://github.com/jclehner/nmrpflashI already tried doing tftp, many times actually but nothing happens. The green led is the only thing that works. I have yet to try the other method you suggested but when i go to install the program i get an error message saying wpcap.dll not found. It says reinstalling might help but it doesn't.
Nevermind i downloaded then intallled the file needed. I'm just trying to follow a guide i found but it seems way more complicated than tftp. Wish me luck lol.
