Thanks, I have done so and am just awaiting a reply to hopefully push this along.
Probably a good thing I did send DarrenM a PM as my support case has just been closed with no warning or reply to any messages from 15/12 onwards - what wonderful customer service!
10 days later and no reponse to this or my PM from Netgear staff. It's unbelievable really. I raised this RMA on 16/11!
Can some of regular users please tag some of the mods in this post as I am not sure who they are to tag them myself.
