Roku TV not auto connecting
I’m having issues with one of my TVs. I have a roku tv that with my previous netgear router, would stay connected and auto connect every time I powered it on/off. I purchased a new home and upgraded to an Orbi RBR50 with 1 satellite. The router is downstairs in my office, the satellite is directly above it upstairs. The issue is my roku tv upstairs, for whatever reason, I have to reconnect it to the network every time I power it on. Every time I turn on the TV, it says it fails to connect and I have to go into the TV settings, choose the network and connect. After that, everything works fine. Before I never had to do this. Anyone know any steps to resolve this issue so it just connects each time like before?

Make sure the TVs firmware is up to date.
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected. https://kb.netgear.com/000036466/How-far-should-I-place-my-Orbi-satellite-from-my-Orbi-router
Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Try enabling Beamforming and MIMO(MIMO may or may not be needed) and WMM. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, Circle, Daisy Chain, Fast Roaming, IPv6 and Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Set Short preamble instead of Long preamble modes. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s).One User Experience/Configuration:

Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update? - MstrbigMaster
If the TV has a soft reset feature, try that first. If that doesn't work, do a factory reset on the TV, which will clear any tables and info stuck in the TV.
