Roku tv won’t connect to my orbi39

My Roku tv will not find my Wi-Fi connect to orbi39

Orbi39 would be the ssid, not the model. 

What model orbi is it? 

What firmware is on it? 

What modem/gateway is the orbi connected to? 

What error is the tv giving you or whats happening? Tough to know off "won't connect"

    So its able to see the wifi on the screen but when you try to connect it won't? 
    have you checked the routers ssid/password for special characters or spaces? 

    I've seen some devices have issues with that.
