Router Firmware Version V2.1.4.10 Brought My LAN to Crawl

Have you give us a diagram of your network lay out? ISP Modem Mfr and mode#>Orbi Router>any network switches>etc...
Do you have any network switches in the mix? Please give mfr and model# info.
- Several switches in the mix. But, let me clarify. This had worked flawlessly for about a year until upgraded the firmware. The switches don't come into play until after my main desktop. I also hooked a laptop directly to the modern with full speed. Sorry, I don't have time to map my network right now. Buddy getting ready for a trip. Guess the wife and teenage boy will just have to deal with it. Thanks for any input.
Whats the MFr and model of this switch? Just curious.
have you powered down the ISP modem and Orbi system for 1 minute, then power ON the modem and let it sync, then power ON the router and test internet. Don't power ON the satellite just yet.
Was the satellite upgraded as well?
I have gone through the above described power cycle many times with exepction of leaving the satelitte off. I will try this today when the family leaves. All my switches are unmanaged D-Link. Not sure of the model numbers. I have a simple strategy--if it don't move, wire it.
POR modem for bout 30 minutes with main Orbi router/switch off. No notable changes.
Ping-521 3.0 downstream and .056 upstream
Does the factory reset inside the browser do the same thing as the paperclip method? This sucks bad. Can't even watch YouTube via wired connection on desktop. modem>router>desktop
Yes, does same. If your continuing seeing problems after the FW update, definately do the ERASE from the UI or hold the reset button for 10 seconds until the top LED turns yellowish. Then let go. The router should blink white on and off then slow to a breathing white fade. This means the router is ready to set up. Set up from scratch.
I would set up wifi, manual channels, WPA2 and AES only.
Disable MIMO, Daisy Chain, Fast Roaming and IPv6.
Set up manual DNS for 1.1.1.1 and 9.9.9.9 and test.
Leave off the satellite for now and test the router alone.

- Ok thanks. I've head a lot issues with wireless before, but never much on the wired side. It either works out it don't. Again, this connection is zooming if connected directly to the modem. But everything on the other side of the the router/switch wired or wireless sucks. I here to just throw money at new mesh or mesh like system but this one was golden until the latest firmware install. Revert back to previous version?
