Router speed

I have the above router + ORBI74 satelilite. Purchased mid 2017. I upgraded to gigabit speed.  I get that speed hardwired to the modem.  However the Orbi system gives me 100-150 mbps.  Firmware is ...

My home is 2900 square feet.

The satelite is not hard wired to the base.  It sits 25 feet from the base but there is a wall between them.  

I will try to locate a newer satelite.
