satelite not connecting

I did the fire ware update and not one of my 2 satatile is not working. the light on top is blinking white. I have tried to resync the satelite, push the reset button, powered off and on. I am lost o...

Did you reset the router and set it up from scratch first. Then setup the Satellites>?

How do I rest the router and satelites?

    I have tried to reset just my satelite by pushing the reset button on the back with a paper clip for 7 seconds. No change. Will I have to do the same method to the rounter and the other satelite that is working?
