satelite not connecting

I did the fire ware update and not one of my 2 satatile is not working. the light on top is blinking white. I have tried to resync the satelite, push the reset button, powered off and on. I am lost o...

10-15 seconds should be good enough. The LED on the back of the satellite should turn amber from green.

After reset I can not reset up everything again. The router light is solid white, satellite 1 is solid blue, and satellite 2 is flashing white. Trying to set it back up with the app.
