satelite not connecting

I did the fire ware update and not one of my 2 satatile is not working. the light on top is blinking white. I have tried to resync the satelite, push the reset button, powered off and on. I am lost o...

Just finish talking to netgear support. The satellite is going to get replaced. It will not communicate wireless or hard wired to the router.

    Probably a bad unit. Let us know how the new replaced unit does.

      I just got the new replacment satelite up and running yesterday with now problems for now.
