Satelitte not connecting

Hi
I’ve just installed an orbi10 mesh system at home. I have 2 satellites. The router can’t find the upstairs satelitte even though I have wifi connection on my phone adjacent to the satelitte. The white light on the satelitte base flashes white but doesn’t turn either blue, magenta et. after the search has completed. I have moved the satelitte closer but I experience the same issues
