Satellite and router not operating as one

Hi im new not even sure this is the correct area to post this, I need some help, I have 3 pack orbi and now live in a two story building I have smart locks and when I go upstairs my smart lock thinks I leave home and open the door so obviously the wifi switch or something, I also use google and when the speakers play I can see what's downstairs but not what's upstairs with the satellite.. How can I make the router and satellites operate as one.

    What model Orbi do you have? 

    What Firmware version is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

     

    What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
    What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.
