Do both satellites disconnect or just one?
Yes concrete and metal will impact signal and range. So you may need to move the farthest one a bit closer.
Might try disabling MIMO, Daisy Chaing and Fast Roaming.
Set manual channels on 2.4ghz to 1, 6 or 11 and any unused channel on 5Ghz. Try 48.

I haven’t noticed the “Satellite 1” disconnecting (which is downstairs) but I don’t see it as often. Downstairs is the master bedroom. Upstairs is my office and I work from home so I see it in my peripheral vision all of the time and it drops the WI-FI briefly on my work PC which is impactful.
The challenge I have with moving it is that I have two devices hardwired into the satellite upstairs.
Is there no access to any more advanced logs? Even through a CLI or something?
I had everything working fine for quite some time and this arose over the past month so I’m fairly certain it is a firmware situation or similar. This is why I am weary of making some of the proposed changes...
I’m also considering swapping sat1 and sat2 to see if that does anything...

Try that. Also try a factory reset and set up from scratch as well...
Disable the advanced wifi features and try some manual channels as well.
