Satellite firmware and constant blue light
My orbi satellite has suddenly kept the constant blue light on, unable to update the firmware, any suggestions?
I have tried to do the manual update and it either says failed or service unavailable.
When trying to log in to the satellite it just keeps sending me to the log in page, can’t get beyond it.

Have you tried to factory reset that satellite by holding the reset button for 10+ seconds?

- I have reset it, now it keeps going to the magenta color and my router keeps going off and online, the “check for updates” feature won’t complete on the app now. Went back to the orbilogin site and now there are no updates available even the manual way...
