Satellite is not showing up on orbilogin or orbi app even though it is connected (blue light)
I managed to sync my moden/router orbi CBR40 with my new RBS40V ORBI voice add-on. I seem to have a strong wifi signal near the satellite (on the opposite end of the home), and the satellite did have...

Orbi Voice is unique enough that there is a community forum devoted entirely to it:

You might get a more informed response by also posting in that forum. (Although this seems too basic a situation to involve the "special" Orbi Voice features.)
So, the Orbi voice does not appear anywhere on the Attached Devices screen? Not even as a "regular device"?
In regard to the strong WiFi signal from the Orbi Voice, can a device connect to it and access the internet?

I already had a RB40V modem in my house, but I wanted to add a satellite so I bought a RBS40V. I went to the process of synchronizing them by the rear sync bottons, The process looked OK because I got a still blue light on the satelite at the end of the process. Then when I try to ask something to alexa, it says that " IT LOOKS THAT THE DEVICE IS NOT REGISTERED AND THAT I HAVE TO DOWNLOAD THE NETGEAR NIGHTHAWK APP and follow the instruccions." so I went and installed it, followed the instrucions to add a satellite on a mesh systems, but at the end it says that the "APP DOES NOT SUPPORT YOU ROUTER" so I went to the ORBIAPP, add a satellite and follow the instruccions and it says that no satellite is found, it does not show up on my network map. I ckecked the firmware on the router settings. it is v2.3.512.
I do not what else to do. The next step is to return it
thak you

Before giving up, you might try posting in the communit forum specifically devoted to the "voice" product:
https://community.netgear.com/t5/Orbi-Voice-WiFi-Meets-HiFI/bd-p/en-home-orbi-voice
Since the question pertains to the "Alexa" feature, people who watch that forum are more likely to have relevant experience.
