satellite issue RBs10

When i attmpt to connect to my satellites it will not accept my password.  It says incorrect password.  I can connect directly to the router just fine.  Do the satellites have their own password?

  • Possible that the RBS didn't sync correctly with the RBR. I would run thru re-syncing the RBS to the RBR. You may need to factory reset the RBS then re-sync the RBS. If nothing resolve this, you may need to contact NG support to get help on this.
