Satellite keeps loosing connection

Satellite RBS50 V1.10.1.2

Regulary the satelitte looses connection - I have been off work for the last week and prety much every other day it seems to loose connection in the evening. 
Its while I am using my plex server which is wired into the Satellite playing on the XBox which is also wired into the Satellite. The internet connection seems ok as my PC which is wireless and connected to the main device I think keep going fine.

Any ideas?
