What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between them to begin with depending upon building materials.
Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz
Also be aware of your SB6190 modem:

If it was the modem then internet would have stopped working. I still have internet when I move close to room with the main router.
Distance is about 40ft from Router to Satellite. Where does it same Oribi cannot handle more than 30 ft distance? If that's the case I would just get rid of Orbi and move to Google WiFi. This is still within my return Window.

As a test try moving the satellite closer, say 5-10 feet and see. Yes 40 feet is in the realm of working. Mine does. However building materials and external interferences maybe a factor. Also the satellite could just be going bad. Has happend.

I don't need a satellite if it has to be in 5-10 feet :)
