Satellite loses connection to base consistently, RBR50
Satellite constantly going to magenta and not working though router working fine. Have the latest update. Any ideas, please? RBR50
What version of FW is currently loaded on both router and satellite.
Has a factory reset been performed on both router and satellite?
what is the distance between the router and satellite? Any building materials in between?
What channels are you using?
Any wifi neighbors near by? If so, how many?
