Satellite not working with Signal secure text app

I have a CBR40 and and RBS20 satellite. I have two issues: 1. Every hour or so the satellite seems to disconnect from the network and I have to unconnect to the wifi on my pc and then reconnect. At ...

"on my ps" ?  (not PC? or....?)
